MEET YOUR VEGAN COACH:
Hi, I'm Sarina Farb! A holistic vegan educator, lifestyle coach, and TEDx Speaker. I was born and raised vegan in Kansas, and have been passionate about advocating for animals and the earth my whole life.
Yet through much of high school and college, I struggled to feel confident and thrive socially and emotionally in the non-vegan world.
Once I started doing the inner mindset work to dismantle my limiting beliefs and people-pleasing habits to step into my authentic self, my life transformed and confidence and connection as a vegan became second nature!
I went from feeling lonely, unsure of how to stand up for myself and my vegan values effectively, and frequently feeling burnout and living on vegan junk food, to traveling around the country giving hundreds of lectures to schools and universities, finding an AMAZING community and best friends who share my values, and taking charge of my eating habits to feel the best mentally and physically of my entire adult life!
Now I'm taking my LIFETIME of experience with veganism to help others like YOU, succeed and thrive on your vegan journey!
